Essential Leaf collects only the information needed to process your order and respond to your enquiries — your name, contact details, delivery address and order details. We use this to fulfil orders and, if you opt in, to send occasional updates.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. If you join our email list, we use Brevo to manage it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We don't sell or share your personal information with third parties except as needed to fulfil your order (for example, postage). To request a copy of your information or have it removed, contact us at (08) 7320 8804 or via our contact page.
