Postage is a flat rate within Australia, and it's free when you buy 3 or more jars (mix and match across the range).

Can I collect locally?

Yes — free local collection is available in Adelaide. Choose Local Collection at checkout and we'll be in touch to arrange a time.

How do I use the balm?

Massage a small amount into the skin until fully absorbed, as often as you like. For external use only; do not apply to broken skin or open wounds.

What's in it?

Coconut oil, beeswax, comfrey extract, arnica oil, rosehip oil, rosemary oil and lemongrass oil. See our ingredients page for the full story behind each botanical.

How long does it last?

Best used within 6 months of opening. Stored somewhere cool and dry, its natural stability often sees it last well beyond that.

Yes — everything is hand-poured in small batches in South Australia. Australian made and owned.
